Developing ideas using technology that produces interactive solutions to marketing or education/training issues. This involves combining the use of various multimedia elements such as text, graphic, audio, video and
animation, plus support services, to produce platforms such as CD-ROMs, Creative Design, Content Development, Web and Multimedia Applications. Platforms will include content development for Computer Based Training (CBT), Web Based Training (WBT) and Animation for broadcasting quality, while another key component of the services available is developing content for short movies, stories for CDs, interactive multimedia and virtual reality, storyboarding, design and programming.
Offering high-end multimedia and graphics training for products such as Lightwave, Maya, Autodesk, Macromedia and Adobe suites.

The Campus Management System (Ver.1) is a web-based applications fully integrated in the management and administration students affairs at the University. CMS is designed to help university management execute work with more easily, quickly and efficiently through automation and computerization various activities of administration, accounting and academic. CMS consists of fully independent functional modules to improve the working efficiency of the department in the university and provide information online.

    Student Admission
     
   
Student Admission and Enrolment system assist the student in the admission and enrollment process that includes enter applicant detailed information, approval, produce offer letter, admission process, and verify supporting document and payment of fees. The database maintained by this system usually contains personal student information.

Key Features

Online Registration – Provides online and status information to the student to view their application status (selected / in process / rejected).
Student Id Generation - CMS provides automatic student id generation based on center and year. On generation of student id, student academic and personal information will be automatically moved from application to enrolment.
Credit Transfer - CMS provides transfer of student credit information when the student migrates from one university to the other or moves from one program to another within the university. Subject wise credit transfer will add to the student’s existing finished credit points.
Student Record Information - CMS will capture student details information from the application

Course Management Module is a module planning and implementation of education program including the preparation program, academic calendar, schedule, registration subjects / classes and change of program / center.

Key Features

Preparation of program structure –the entry of subject offered to a program by the intake for the entire study.
Academic Calendar – provides calendars for the event are planned for each semester during the year.
Lecturer Information- ten entry of lecturer information includes subject being taught and available time to teach.
Subject Offered – Determine the subjects offered to students on a current semester for the intake and program.
Schedule of lectures – Providing a timetable for classes involves the determination of the venue, time and lecturer.
Online registration –Facilities for the student to register subjects and classes online.
Facilities allow student to change the program or transferred to another center.

    Student Accounting    
   

Student Accounting Module is a module that records information on fees and costs charged to students by university administration. CMS provides a flexible cost management by maintaining a ledger for each student. Student ledger contains credit and debit transaction made by the student on a semester / annual basis.

Key Features

Fee Structure – CMS provides a comprehensive fee management to define the various fees based on semester, annual, one-off payment and tuition fee based on credit point. In addition, you can define a fee for individual student based on the usage of university facilities.
Automated Charge Fee – CMS provides an automatic batch fee process on the fee structure defined for a particular program. Invoices are generated automatically based on posting for the student.
Fee Discount - Fee discount can be set for group or individual students before posting the fee for the current academic year or semester.
Receipt – CMS can issue receipt for various type of payment.
Advance – CMS allow provision for issuing advance to student from various funds. This advance amount can be adjusted while receiving amount from the student.
   
         
    Student Attendance    
   

Student Attendance Module is a module to record student attendances. At the beginning of learning, lecturer will inform the class to be held and the attendance record at the end of the class.

Entry of attendance by lecturer.
Easily track attendance information of students.

    Course Ware    
   

Course Ware Module is a module to handling store learning material file into the CMS database. This learning material will be downloading by lecturer to use as teaching materials in the classroom.

Learning Material – Lecturer can download the file to be used to teach in the classroom.

    Examination Management    
   

Examination Management Module is a module handling the activities related to the examination includes setting parameters exam, exam schedules, register or withdraw exam, attendance, scoring and results.

Key Features

Setting parameters for determining the score computation and distributing of mark for assignment and examinations.
Examination Scheduling – CMS provides for the administration to scheduling examination to determine date, time and invigilator for each subject offered in the current semester.
Online Exam Registration – Students are given access to register online for attend the examination or withdraw. Students can print the details of the examination schedule.
Facilities to determine the lecturers who will check the exam paper.
Exam Attendance – Facilities for the invigilator to record attendance for the examination.
Examination Result – Result can be entered for the student based

   
    Hostel Management    
   

Hostel Management Module is a module handling activities related to student accommodation provided by the university. Activities include recording hostel information, allocation / change room, check-in / check-out, payment,asset, maintenance and utilities.

Key Features

Hostel Information–Recording student accommodation information, including location, building, apartment, unit, room, asset, landlords and tenants.
Recording rental activities include room allocation, check in, transfer of room and check out.
Manage the maintenance of furniture and equipment at the hostel. Student who damage the equipment will be charged the cost of repaired.
Charge Fee – Fully integrate with student accounting. Fees and other costs charged to student will be included in the student’s account.
